uniID

At its core is the uniID â€“ a unique digital identity that consistently consolidates all process steps, events, and results. It serves as the single point of truth for all security-relevant information. This provides security staff with access to all captured data at any time, allowing central queries across the entire process – fast, transparent, and seamless.

Now enhanced with AI-driven intelligence, the uniID doesn’t just store information – it generates ID-specific intelligence values, enabling predictive risk scoring, anomaly detection, contextual decision support, and adaptive processes. This gives operators real-time situational awareness, forensic traceability, and AI-driven insights to support both operational responses and strategic planning.

System Design

Our platform is built for flexibility and scalability, leveraging a containerized architecture with Docker and Kubernetes for cloud, hybrid, or on-premises deployment. Its multi-tenant design ensures strict data separation, ideal for operators with multiple clients or sites.

A microservice architecture decouples domains like process engine, device control, and plugins into independent services—making the system maintainable, extensible, and highly available. Core functions are exposed via REST APIs and WebSockets, with SignalR, MQTT, or Kafka for high-frequency events.

Data storage combines relational databases for structured data with NoSQL for logs, sensors, and events. Security is built in through end-to-end encryption, ISO 27001/SOC 2/BSI alignment, RBAC/ABAC access control, and full audit traceability.

Transparency is provided by integration with Prometheus, Grafana, and Elastic Stack, while a modular AI-as-a-Service layer offers APIs to train and integrate intelligent models.

Components in Detail

The Int3grate Admin module

gives administrators full system-wide control, with precise tenant management, role-based access, and user administration. Devices can be centrally monitored through real-time health indicators like status and heartbeat signals. The platform supports corporate branding (logos, themes, colors) and offers multilingual, Unicode-compliant internationalization for seamless global use.

The Int3grate Extranet

focuses on tenant-specific requirements, enabling administrators to configure settings and access dashboards tailored to individual needs. With intuitive UI wizards and editors, even complex processes can be modeled and deployed quickly. Real-time monitoring ensures that alarms, incidents, and escalation procedures are captured and managed efficiently. Built-in reporting functions offer extensive export capabilities in multiple formats, including PDF, CSV, and XLSX, supporting both operational transparency and compliance documentation.

The Int3grate Frontend

is designed for end-user interaction. It enables self-service registration processes with a high degree of flexibility, including identity validation via official documents such as ID cards and passports, as well as advanced biometric checks like face recognition. A responsive user interface ensures optimal usability across different devices, while multi-step registration workflows can be configured according to security levels or specific process requirements.

The Terminal App

is tailored for local identity verification and on-site services. Supporting technologies such as ID documents, QR codes, and RFID, it facilitates seamless registration, boarding, or check-in procedures. A dedicated kiosk mode for Windows-based terminals offers a robust solution for unattended use cases, providing efficiency and reliability for high-throughput scenarios.

The Operator App

gives security staff and operators secure mobility on Android devices. It supports barcode, QR code, and NFC-based verifications, with real-time validation of all uniID processes for fast and accurate checks. Fully MDM-compatible, it integrates into enterprise mobility strategies with secure device binding via digital certificates.

The Int3grate Hardware Appliance

serves as a trusted on-site connection server for high-security environments. Supporting Windows and Linux, it integrates with peripheral devices via USB, RS-232, and IP, connecting seamlessly to access control, gates, barriers, locks, scanners, and other critical systems. Redundant setups with failover ensure uninterrupted operation.

Int3grate Plugins

extend the platform with standard integrations for identity providers (Azure AD/O365, Google, Auth0, Okta, Keycloak), compliance checks (EU, UN, OFAC), and specialized solutions like Modivision face recognition, GESAB control rooms, Stripe, Regula, Brevo, AXIS, and KENTIX. The framework is fully extendable, allowing custom integrations for specific customer or industry needs.

The Int3grate API

ensures complete openness and adaptability for developers and system integrators. Supporting both REST and GraphQL, it allows flexible communication with third-party applications. Event-based integrations are enabled via Webhooks and MQTT, providing real-time responsiveness. With fully documented Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, developers can implement integrations with minimal effort. Security is reinforced through API key management and OAuth2-based access controls, ensuring that external connections remain both scalable and secure.
