Update PKPass Certificate

The PKPass certificate has been renewed in this release, ensuring that digital passes, such as event tickets or identification cards, remain fully compatible and secure with the latest mobile wallet applications. This update helps preserve a seamless user experience and improves the security standards for all digital credentials distributed through the platform.

Outlook Plugin: Update Appointment via Event

A major enhancement to the Outlook Plugin now enables updates to appointments directly via event triggers within the Outlook calendar. This streamlines the event management workflow, allowing users to modify meetings and appointments more efficiently and eliminating the need for manual synchronization. The improved integration promises better accuracy and time savings for office users.

Fix TwigRuntime error on Error Page

A persistent runtime error affecting error pages—specifically triggered by TwigRuntime exceptions—has been resolved in this update. By addressing this technical issue, users will now experience more reliable error handling, and troubleshooting complex problems within the application becomes much easier for both users and support teams.

Appointment Wizard Summary

With this release, the appointment setup wizard now presents a comprehensive summary page at the end of the process. Users can review all their entries and selected options before finalizing the appointment. This addition helps to prevent mistakes, boosts user confidence in the booking process, and reduces the need for subsequent changes or cancellations.

Appointment wizard contact selection

Selecting participants or contacts within the appointment wizard has been greatly improved. The updated interface now offers a clearer, more intuitive way to choose contacts, reducing confusion and the chance of accidental double bookings. This enhancement will be especially beneficial for organizations that frequently manage group appointments or need granular control over participant lists.

Appointment Wizard Changes

The appointment wizard has undergone a general overhaul. Besides the improved contact selection and summary creation, several usability refinements have been introduced. The wizard now guides users through each step more clearly, ensuring an overall smoother user experience throughout the scheduling process.

Double Approval Problem

In some workflows, users encountered an annoying double approval issue—where the same approval process could be triggered more than once by mistake. This has now been fixed. As a result, approval flows are much more reliable and users can expect a cleaner, more predictable response when submitting approvals within the system.
